Ok, I have to make this very brief ‘cause my dad is about to post all these blogs. Please read from the oldest blog to the newest one, else you’ll be thoroughly confused.
Today we had a very busy day. We headed of to the Mercado, which is a market filled with souvenirs, crafts, jewelry, and restaurants. We spent our time their the whole morning, browsing but no buying much. Then we headed off to a park, which had the Witte museum. The park was supposed to have Japanese tea gardens but they were under construction and off limits. We went in anyway, none of the workers saw us. The gardens would have been really cool but they drained all the water out of the streams, waterfalls, and ponds. We then headed off to the Witte Museum which had a section on Egyptian Mummies, the Texan Indians, and a lot more that we didn’t get to . There was also a kids section that was very similar to Science Central. We then walked back to the park where we cooked over one of the fire pits there. Now we are in a gas station about to post the blogs. Gotta go.

Cul8r,
Morgan

Hi Morgan,
Bird poop??? Must be a new high-
lighting technique! I'm glad that
we don't do it that way around here!! How are the work outs going?
Or, are they??? lol So, Ice Age 2 was good? We might see it this weekend. It sounds like you are having a lot of fun. Keep writing, I'm reading!

Hey Morgan,
As I'm sitting here writing this, I am dressed in sweat pants and a long sleeve T-shirt that are covered in dirt. Can you say 'yard work'? We're putting pea gravel under our deck, and guess who got to crawl beneath the boards? That's right, me. To make matters worse, it rained last night so it was muddy in places under the deck. There isn't very much room under there either. So, I'm laying there (literally), wedged between the boards above and the dirt/mud and rocks below, pulling and pushing buckets of gravel above my head to try to get it in the very back corner where I can't reach. As I am doing this I kept thinking "I feel like an army man crawling in a foxhole". I bet you can't tell where I got that from. I think the worst part is that we aren't done yet, so I'll have to crawl under there agian sometime soon. I think the high point of the day was that it got up to 70 some odd degrees today. It's supposed to rain and thunderstorm tonight, though. I think that's all I have to report. Talk to you again soon!

Hey Ellis,
Sounds like you've had an exciting trip... Word on the street (and in your blog) is that you ate aligator, it's all over Ft. Wayne right now. Nice job with the bird poop, though, I have to say that the stories conflict about the way you handled it. That happened to me once at the zoo when I was like 2...
See ya'
