Magic Wings

No Time,

Yo Ya’ll!

We went to an awesome place today. It was called the “Magic Wings”, a.k.a the Butterfly Gardens. It was flippin sweet.
It was a inside garden (duh) sorta like the Botanical Gardens in Fort Wayne, but it was smaller. It had numerous plants that attracted butterflies and made the butterflies feel at home instead of living in a big glass structurel. There were around 50 different species of butterflies. I’ve never seen so many. Some had transparent wings, some had every color possible on their wings, and some blended in to there surroundings. It was amazing.
The butterflies had adapted to being around people. I had seven land on me. My grandma had one land on her hair and just sit there, while one lady had this ginourmous, beautiful blue butterfly land on her forehead and just sat there. She thought it was funny at first but after it reclined there for about a half an hour she was kinda annoyed. You weren’t aloud to touch the insects so she couldn’t shoo it of either. Finally, an employee helped her get the cute thing off. It was hilarious.
After we hung out at the gardens for a couple of hours, we grabbed a lunch and headed to a town called – well I don’t remember what it was called, but it started with an A. Does that help? Didn’t thunk so. Hehe, that’s a new word, “Thunk”, it’s like “think” but with a “U” instead of an “I”. Anyway, it was a town of college students, and where there are college students there are bookstores. This town had seven bookstores and two clothing stores. Weird. Just plain weird. We stopped at this used bookstore and browsed through the crammed shelves. We bought two books and my grandma bought one because was about to finish the one she was reading.
It was cookout night at the hotel and my dad’s friend, Mr. Frost, joined us for dinner. It was hamburgers and hotdogs. They were good but the funny thing was they had this big bowl of salad. Well, you couldn’t even call it salad. It was a bunch of lettuce with a few baby carrots at the bottom. It was pretty pathetic. Lol.
After we ate we swung by the pool to hang out. I did my dryland workout. I did everything I did Tuesday except the treadmill broke on me while I was about to run. So I only got to run a half a mile. I was SO disappointed. Not.

See ya’ll soon!
Morgan
